Ms. Pratt is profit driven, with a recognizable national brand. Her strong track record structuring large volume distribution operations, maximizing rates of return and mitigating risk has enabled her to source over 225m in new funds during her career. Donna is also the executive chair and CEO of Mortgage Blox Funding Inc and early stage development lender and was previously the CEO of Tango Mortgage Capital, a Toronto based provider specializing in private residential, commercial, and soft cost financing. Prior to Tango, Ms. Pratt was responsible for sourcing capital and distributing of over 72 million in new mortgages. Prior to, Ms. Pratt was the Chief Executive Officer for Trilend Inc, Touch Capital and Tor Mortgage Capital. Ms. Pratt was also Director of Special Projects for the Mortgage Alliance Company of Canada, as well as the National Spokesperson for Right Women’s Mortgages.
